Made in the USA
It is rare in our industry that products are made in the USA. There is a constant battle in the aftermarket industry about where things are made, and if they are made with integrity or just replica’s of other products. One product we are proud to say is 100% made in the USA are the Status Racing Seats we carry. We bought Status two years ago because of all the possibilities there were with these seats to grow. Here are some facts that you might not know about status.
- Status Racing has two models that are FIA Approved Seats.
- Status Racing seats are 100% made in USA (in Washington to be exact)
- Every seat is custom made to order
- Status Racing can do pretty much any color or fabric combo imaginable (test us!)
- Status Racing has the only online Seat Configurator that you can design your own seat and see it before you buy it.
- They have FIA Approved Harnesses
- Status had a reclinable version (Status Racing Spa Seat)
- All Status Racing seats have racetrack inspired names
People often look at the price tag and think that it’s too much for a seat. To that we say, “You get what you pay for.” We stand by the integrity of Status Racing Seats and what the brand represents. Status Racing seats can be expressions of character, or sturdy enough to hold you, while you’re sideways at top speeds. If you’re looking for a quality, FIA Approved racing seat… Look no further.
If you follow Status at all, you know that they have added some new product this year such as
- Hexagonal Carbon Fiber Backed Seats
- Red Carbon Kevlar Fiber Backed Seats
- Blue Carbon Kevlar Fiber Backed Seats
- Yellow Carbon Kevlar Fiber Backed Seats
- A larger FIA Approved Seat (Ring GT-X)
and there is more to come in 2014!
So if you’re looking to upgrade your interior, change up your weekend racer, or want a seat that can withstand gnarly situations, we urge you to look into Status Racing. To check out more about Status you can find them on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. If you own, or have owned a Status Seat, we want to hear from you. Comment in the section below, or on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram and tell us what you like or didn’t like about your Status Seats?
Kick your weekend off with these drool worthy photos.

Audi S6 gets a New Set of Milltek Lungs - Sound Clip
Milltek has been around so long that it is not only one of the most demand exhausts among the “good-ole boy” racers but also the up and coming aftermarket enthusiasts. We ship and work with people all over the world and this is one of the most sought after exhausts in the world. It has built it’s brand in such a way that worldwide, people recognize the name and the legacy it represents. Milltek ships to over 80 countries and is on the forefront of development in the exhaust market. They specialize in enhancing the sound of premium European makes like; Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen, BMW and more recently, branching out into the Nissan market. So when our sales guy Arsha (email@example.com ext. 225) needed to get the perfect exhaust for his Audi S6 customer, he knew where to turn.
We’ve mentioned before that one of the biggest restrictions for turbo cars is the exhaust. Now this Audi S6 is sure to breathe right, and dominate any other sound on the road. The Milltek is the perfect compliment to the already superior V10 engine. You can see the power of the engine in the video, and hear the precision in the sound. Along with the Milltek Exhaust Arsha suggested a Unitronic ECU Flash for the car. When you flash a car, it takes that internal program of the car (which tell the car what to do and how to run) and replaces it with a higher preforming program. The new program allows your car to perform better without it taking a toll on your car.
Between the power of the ECU Flash and the sound of the Milltek, this car is likely to make a mockery of any other daily on the road. Let us know what you think of the sound in the comment section below, or on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or Youtube. Want to upgrade your S6, click here.
I just wanted to do a nice grown up exhaust video, but I swear those hip drafting kids can never keep a straight line! Full video coming soon at www.youtube.com/vividracing #meisterschaft #vorsteiner #agencypower #kwcoilovers @coreyhosford @cody_gephart
